West Chester Wedding – Rachel & Steve

post by matt

We arrived at Rachel’s parents house on Friday afternoon to a house full of people. Rachel is one of 10 in her family and they were all in the bridal party. Our assistant Maryn stayed with me to get pics of the details and of the beautiful Rachel with her family and friends. Matt went over to meet the guys at Steve’s parents house, and got there just in time to get some shots of the guys with the corvette. We did Steve’s sister’s wedding last year, so it was good to see the family again!

After the pre-wedding prep and photos it was off to the church in the limo. The ceremony was held at St. Joseph’s Church and before they knew it they were husband and wife :) Then it was off to the reception at Meredith Manor. The Manor is beautiful and we got the evening light for pictures with the couple. These two are lovely and obviously in love, so we could have taken pictures all night….but there was a party to attend.

The tent reception was beautiful. The lighting and details were perfect. And with 22 in the wedding party alone, the dance floor was definitely the place to be!

And when the night was all said and done, Steve took his bride home to get ready for the honeymoon. Oh, did I mention that he is a pilot? And is flying her to their honeymoon destination?!

Love this shot Matt got of their rings!

The reception tent, that I loved oh so much.

Their first dance. Notice the lights in the background? It makes me feel like they are just dancing in a park in the evening.

The toast by Steve’s brother Anthony.

Cake time. The cake was made by Bakers of Buffington.

See what I mean….the dance floor was packed with just the bridesmaids ;)

Tom Barret DJ’s kept the party going right to the end of the night.

Congratulations Rachel & Steve! We loved being a part of your day and wish you all the best in your future together and good luck with the move.
