For Kelly & Jim it all started at a Superbowl party. Kelly was hosting and her high school friend Bruce brought his roommate Jim to the party. It’s when they first met and it’s all thanks to Bruce (who they asked to be one of the groomsmen of course!).
Jim and Kelly’s parents actually went to see the Cork Factory Hotel & Conference Center and picked it as their venue even before Kelly saw it. They did get a good idea of how the whole wedding planning process went though as a good friend of theirs got married there last year, and as a bonus we were their photographers too, so we got to meet Kelly’s family before their wedding.
Kelly & Jim wanted a classy, fun wedding to celebrate with their friends and family all in one place. It was something they were so looking forward to and it really hit home when they lost Kelly’s aunt suddenly the week of their wedding. Kelly wore a pink bead on her bouquet to remember her and it truly was a day of happiness after a very difficult week. They needed some time to recover from all of the wedding week events and now they are off to Bali (plus a couple of extra stops along the way) for their honeymoon.

All of their stationary details were perfect. I love the cork program!

He looks pretty excited to be seeing his bride soon!
Kelly & Jim didn’t want to do a First Look, but they did want a moment to hold hands and talk to each other before the ceremony, so we set it up for them.
Jim didn’t want to let her go.
Kelly and the ladies all pretty in pink.
Walking with her dad down the aisle.

The Cork Factory in all it’s glory.
The stairwells are a favorite spot to capture the essence of the Cork Factory and on their day, with the sun shining right on them, everything stood still for a moment.
Reception details. Cake by The Bakers Table.
I love that the Cork Factory lets the couple have a moment to themselves in the ballroom before everyone is seated. There’s something so magical about seeing your reception all set up and ready for your guests to enjoy.
Dancing as husband and wife.
Dance party, everyone danced the night away thanks to Klock Entertainment.
And when the evening was coming to a close we stole them away for a romantic night picture under the 9. A date they will never forget.
Congratulations Kelly & Jim. We wish you a very relaxing, refreshing and fun time on your honeymoon adventures!
