Saturday we had the hottest wedding we’ve ever had! Now, Matt tells me that I always talk about the weather so I’ve been trying to break that habit, but I feel it is necessary to mention it because it was so crazy hot! That didn’t stop an amazingly beautiful wedding or a great party for Hope and Adam.
I am so excited to share their wedding with you because they really outdid themselves with their details. Signs, centerpieces, the sweetheart table, and the music just to mention a few, there’s more later in the post and a second post to follow (there were just too many pics for one entry).
Hope’s details – the dress.
Her fun Cole Haan shoes.
Her matron and maid of honor helping with the veil.
The gorgeous bouquets were made by C&J Catering, who also coordinated and catered the event. We can’t speak more highly of them, they did a wonderful job and are a pleasure to work with!
The beautiful Hope.
Her groom Adam.
And back to Hope because she was just stunning!
The 1960 Rolls Royce drove Hope over to the ceremony.
Some highlights of the ceremony details. A dresser for the focal point, a birdcage for the cards, fans for the ladies (and I’m sure all of the women were thankful for this detail!) and a handbell choir for the ceremony music.
The cute flowergirls. Alexandra fell on her way down the aisle, she was ok but the petals fell out of her basket and she was insistent on picking each one up before proceeding the rest of the way :)
Her dad escorts her down to her Adam.
A beautiful ceremony on the lawn.
The cocktail hour looked a bit like this. I love the mad libs for guests to write some marital advice to Hope and Adam.
Their bridal party. I have to say well done to the guys who survived the day in their tux’s, and with very little complaint!
We’ll end this post with a few of the new couple.
Adam’s beautiful girl.
I also want to say that Matt did a fabulous job with the couple, while I ran to get the reception details before the guests got to the tent. I love his creativity and the ability he has to just capture the moment’s, like this one.
