Moon Dancer Vineyards & Winery Wedding – Tina & Devin

post by matt

Last weekend we were able to attend and capture our friend Tina and her man, Devin’s wedding at Moon Dancer Vineyards & Winery in Wrightsville. The day was chilly, but the sun was out and the day was just perfect for Tina & Devin to start their married life together. We were thrilled when they chose to have a First Look and even more excited for the special surprise they had planned for their guests later in the evening ;) But you’ll have to wait for that!

Tina is the owner of Head Over Heels Hair & Nail Studio in Elizabethtown, so we started our day there. I was the receptionist for HOH for about a year and a half, so I got to know Tina pretty well. On the way to the salon Matt asked who was doing Tina’s hair for her wedding day….to which I correctly guessed that Tina would probably be doing it herself! Of course Jackie was there to help, but as soon as we walked in Tina was curling and spraying and directing where each piece should be :) And as always her hair looked fabulous!

After the salon we headed over to the winery so Tina could get into her dress and see her groom all decked out in his white tux! They vowed to love each other as the sun set and then it was time to warm up and party the night away :)

Lani from Plum Salon and Spa was the makeup artist for the day.

Using Plum’s custom makeup for all day coverage and a great ‘on camera’ look.

Tina’s gorgeous hair pin and jewelry.

I’ve always thought this sign was pretty funny. Tina’s has it hanging right by the register…..Matt didn’t know what to think ;)

Mrs. B…..and Tina making sure everything was in place.

This shade of plum is definitely Tina’s favorite color, I think the invitations look great!

Her heels.

Her dress, love this shot Matt got! Tina went up to visit Kleinfeld Bridal in NYC for her dress :)

And her dancing shoes :)

Almost time to see her groom.

How adorable is the flower girls dress?! It lit up the whole room.

The ladies.

The men…..who apparently think I’m funny….or they were just laughing at me…..

Just before he sees his girl.

Love that smile!

The number one reason we love the First Look!!!

Looking sharp guys.

Love seeing them this happy.

Look at that sky.

One of my personal favorites.

A little sass.

Their bridal party lookin’ good.

I have no idea what was funny, but I love that everyone is laughing :)

Ceremony details. They made the wine bottle tiki torches, and put flowers in them for the ceremony.

Announcing the arrival of the bride.

Tina being escorted by her dad as the sun sets.

All smiles for Devin!

A gorgeous location for the ceremony.

And kiss again :)

I love this gift that one of the guests left for them. So clever!

For their first dance as husband and wife everyone lit sparklers for an extra glow.

Haha, Liz one of the bridesmaids was a little sad when hers ran out.

Father/daughter, mother/son dances.

Toasts, bouquet and garter toss!

Cake time, Tina caught Devin off guard ;)

Dance par-tay! DJ James Keagan rocked it!

As a thank you for coming to their guests, Tina & Devin arranged for a fireworks show to happen right outside of the tent! I huge thanks to Devin’s uncle for making this all possible and giving us a great show!

Tina + Devin.

There’s some movement in this pic we got of the couple while they were watching, but we love it. You can see Devin is leaning in to give Tina a kiss <3

Congrats friends!! Thanks for having us be a part of your day, it was so special. Looking forward to showing you the rest!
