A wedding close to home! It was actually quite strange to only drive 10mins down the road to West Greentree Church of the Brethren where Miranda and Daryl had their ceremony. We started the day in typical fashion, documenting the girls & guys getting ready and getting some details of the wedding apparel & venue. We try to take pics of the girls and then the guys before the ceremony to save time afterwards and make sure we get a good amount of time with the bride and groom by themselves. So, a random thing happened as we were getting the groom and groomsmen shots….a farmer came along with a baler. Naturally the guys asked if we could take some pictures on the hay bales. The farmer was gracious enough to let us take some time out of his day to get some fun guy pics! Thank you farmer guy!!
After the ceremony we went to Elizabethtown College and had some time to take pictures of the bridal party and then just Miranda & Daryl. It was so nice in the shade, beautiful lighting and of course much cooler than direct sunlight!
After a short but sweet reception they were off through a path of sparklers and towards their Jamaican honeymoon!
Congratulations Miranda & Daryl. We loved being a part of your day and wish you all the best in your life together.
