Fall is a special time for Meredith and Josh. Last year we captured their engagement photos, including her love of reading and his obsession with computers and code ;) Yesterday, Matt & I joined them for their fall garden wedding at Drumore Estate. Their warm, breezy day was a welcome surprise for fall, even with the threat of rain. Thankfully, they were able to keep most of the day outdoors, including all of the photos!
Mere & Josh are so chill that Matt & I got to wander the grounds leisurely with them. I even got to take them down to the woods for a few minutes. The ground is covered in leaves and gave us even more of that October charm for their photos :)
It was looking like rain was headed our way for their ceremony, so they made a last minute decision to have it inside the Orangery. Through smiles, laughter and tears of joy they vowed to love each other and sealed their vows with a kiss. Right after their ceremony, they had a few moments in to take it all in. And I caught a couple of photos of them in front of their book wall. Meredith loves to read, so her friends made a book wall as a photo backdrop!
It was time to eat, drink and enjoy the rain free evening! Drumore Estate provided an entirely gluten free buffet for Meredith’s dietary needs and everyone loved it. For the next few hours, guests wandered the property, enjoyed the fire pit, smoked cigars and danced the night away. Mere and Josh were sent off with cheers by the burning light of sparklers ;) The end of a beautiful day :) Congratulations you two! Matt & I loved being a part of your day, and are excited to share some of our favorite images with you now!
