Betsy & Todd got hitched last weekend at the Best Western Harrisburg. Last year we had a lot of fun during their engagement session, getting to know them and their two awesome dogs. When we met with them again last month to go over the details of their wedding we got even more excited for their day! Betsy did an amazing job planning their wedding and having so many great details. They really wanted their guests to enjoy themselves, and that they did.
Here is the fabulous lobby at The Central Hotel & Conference Center.
Betsy’s dress from Alfred Angelo.
And her fun Michael Kors flats!
So this is awesome, her dress in an elevator :)
Gorgeous Betsy! Also thanks Epifany Hair & Nails.
Watching his bride take that walk.
Betsy & Todd decided they wanted the day to just be the two of them, without a bridal party, so we got a lot of time to spend on their portraits!
And there’s that laugh, thanks to Heather (our second shooter for the day)!
Beautiful. The rose bouquet by Blooms by Vickrey.
Matt braved the wet field to get this shot, totally worth it!
Love the detail on her dress!
And then it started to rain, so we went back inside for a few more.
‘Do I have anything in my teeth?’
Mr + Mrs.
The ballroom at the Best Western is stunning, and look at all of the details they had :D
Cake by About Weddings.
Their first dance.
The parent dances are always so special.
Cake smashing time!!
Check out that grooms cake! I think his bride knows him well ;)
Someone is stealing their ‘Best Dogs’!
And their rings.
Garter and bouquet! The best part was the little boy who caught the garter. The elation of catching the garter was followed by absolute horror when he realized what he had to do with it ;) To make it kid friendly he was instructed to put the garter on her arm, instead of her leg, to which he did as quickly as possible and then RAN from the scene!!
I had already left to take Keziah home for the evening, so Matt got to play with the rings. And what an epic shot he got! I might have to let him have them more often ;)
The party was off the hook thanks to Klock Entertainment! And check out those corn hole boards.
After some dancing, Matt stole these two away for some end of the night shots.
I want to say a huge thank you to Heather for stepping in and being a fabulous second shooter for Matt, and for making Betsy and Todd laugh. A.Lot. ;) And to Alissa for coming along to watch Keziah so that I could get in on the photography for some of the evening. AND of course to Betsy & Todd for having a rockin’ wedding!!
