When we originally met with Gina & Scott they were planning a wedding for the Spring of 2013. Unfortunately Gina’s father passed away around that time and they chose to postpone the wedding so they could spend time with her family during that difficult season. When the original date of their wedding rolled around the day was rainy and dark, but even though this year had a darkness to it for her family, their new October wedding date dawned a stunning fall day. It was perfect, and they were thrilled!
As soon as we walked into Riverdale Manor you could feel the joy and excitement. Gina & her girls laughed and talked as they got ready and Gina had gifts to give them before they got in their dresses. The guys hung out, drank some beer and bonded over their matching Movado watches ;) When Gina was ready we walked her out to meet her groom for the First Look. It was a lovely moment between the two of them and we had plenty of time to get some great portraits of the two of them before the rest of the bridal party joined us.
They chose to have their ceremony in the Pavilion. There were quite a few tears as she walked down the aisle and they exchanged vows. After the ceremony and family pictures they had awhile to relax before their grand entrance into the reception. What a great party they had, with a little surprise from Gina to her groom :) The evening ended with some fun with sparklers!

All the dresses.
I had a lot of fun with their rings!
Bracelets and a good luck sixpence.
Her ceremony shoes & her something blue.
And her party shoes :)

Mom tying the bow.
Gina & her sisters each had a heart pinned to their dresses that was made from one of their dad’s shirts. Such a special memento for the day.
Cards and gifts for each other.
Scott got a new Movado, and all the guys matched ;)
