It’s the end of summer, we’ve been crazy busy and it seems that we’re always going somewhere different. Katie & Jamie’s wedding was refreshingly close to home. We met Katie at her home in Manheim and hung out with the girls while they got ready. The church was just down the street, so while the girls got Katie & her dress into the car I walked. It was a beautiful day and although I got some strange looks walking down the street in my heels, with my camera, I kind of enjoyed the time to take in the beauty.
The ceremony was beautiful, the church filled with Katie & Jamie’s friends and family. Jamie found a ’52 Ford Pickup that he wanted to use for the wedding vehicle. Yes, he actually found the truck, knocked on the guys door and asked if they could use it for the wedding day. So, a big thank you goes out to the owner of the pickup, for being so cool and letting Katie & Jamie use his truck for the day! We really appreciate it too since we got some sweet pictures :)
The reception was held at Landis Valley Museum in their yellow barn. I love the details they put into the reception, from the fall theme, to the ice cream bar, it was totally them and it was perfect!
Congrats Katie & Jamie!
How stunning is she?!
Yep, cool truck
I think one of my fave ring shots of the year
