Lancaster City Engagement Session – Maryn & Nathan

post by nat

Well after four days of rain we were a little worried our Engagement Session in Lancaster City might have to be rescheduled. But it cleared up the day before so we were good to go! Nathan & Maryn are getting married in an outdoorsy location so an intercity engagement session was a great idea for some contrast. I didn’t realize how much I would love shooting downtown until we started goofing off with these two. The light was fantastic late in the day and Maryn and Nathan were game for anything we suggested, and we got some fun shots. We’ll be quick to shoot in Lancaster City again as there is so much to see and and the photo opportunities are everywhere.

We walked through the city, stopped for some water and conversation with the locals at Chestnut Hill Cafe. One guy commented about how much Maryn and Nathan are truly in love and we couldn’t agree more! It shows in all their photos. It was a fantastic way to spend an evening with a special couple and we can’t wait to shoot the wedding in September!

Enjoy the photos!

One of our favorites!

This was a fun little pit stop.

They framed this picture for everyone to sign at the wedding

Sooo much kissing!

This was a fun fence we found and played around with for a while

Love the color!

We love how Lancaster City has so much character! There are so many fun and cute places to take great photos… like these windows.

Really excited to finally get to shoot their wedding. We had so much fun with them during their engagement shoot that we knew the wedding was going to be a blast. The wedding was held at the beautiful Toftrees
