We met Heather & Mike on a Sunday morning for their engagement session in Lancaster. It was one of those rare mid day sessions and it was fabulous! The day was just perfect for fall engagement pictures, the leaves full of color and the air was warm with a rather crisp breeze once we took the session a field just outside the city. It was fun walking around and getting to know Heather & Mike a bit better and chat about their upcoming wedding. Matt & Mike had a love of cars in common, so we even took a few shots with Mike’s car for them :)
A fun color combo.
Using one of the alley’s in the city that to most people seems like a bad place for a picture, we think it’s perfect :)
A beautiful couple and I love that you can see how the tree is just starting to change.
Love how bright this one is, so cheery!
Just walking the streets.
We found this little museum and used the steps for a couple of shots.
This set of pictures are some of my personal favorites from their session.
These next couple of pictures seem appropriate since they are in front of an elementary school….and these two tend to bug each other, you know like you did when you were in elementary ;)
First outfit change took us our to Lancaster Country Park.
The trees were definitely at their prime color change!
Covered in fall.
I had so much fun with Heather’s engagement ring and the many colors :)
Heather’s beautiful laugh.
Mike’s Evo looking sharp.
One more outfit change and out to the fields we go.
Such a lovely day.
Love her smile.
Love the texture of the soy beans, glad we found a field that hadn’t been harvested!
A stunning end.
Congratulations Heather & Mike! We’re looking forward to your wedding…..and showing you the rest of these :)
