We first met Rachel & Tony at their friends wedding we shot last year. When they got engaged Rachel contacted us right away to see if we would be available for their wedding…once they nailed down a date and a venue ;) Everything was sorted out and we are so thrilled to capture these two on their most special day!
Rachel already knew what she wanted for their engagement photos so we set up a time for their session and met them in their home on a cold winter’s day. It was awesome seeing them space, they’ve been working on the house together and it’s beautiful. Here’s some of our favorite images from their cozy session.
A lovely couple in their lovely home.
Rachel & her guy.
Using their kitchen chandelier to create some glow around this beautiful couple.
Tony’s beautiful fiancé. Thanks Maggie King Makeup Artistry for making Rachel even more photogenic!
Some hot chocolate and laughs.
And there’s that ring.
Someone wanted to be a part of the fun ;)
Her gorgeous engagement rings.
They’ll add a band on top for the wedding band, perfection.
They wanted a bit of variety in their pictures so after a change of clothes we went to downtown York city for a few more pictures of these two. Rachel was stunning in her lace dress…..and you wouldn’t know from looking a the pictures how cold it was that day. She rocked that dress and her heels, and it, was, freezing!!
A little sass.
Just hanging out at the market.
One of my favorites, so sweet.
Ok, see, snow! It was cold and they just walked on by like it was no big deal :)
Some beautiful old architecture.
A little kiss.
And some more laughter.
And some black and white to end their session, before heading over to the White Rose to warm up and have a drink!
Rachel & Tony, we had a wonderful time hanging out with you! We’re so looking forward to showing you the rest of your pictures and capturing your wedding later this year :D
